Mamma Mia - Desktop 1

This is a wallpaper I made for the 2008 film adaptation of the stage musical Mamma Mia!. In this piece are actors Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgard, and Colin Firth. The caption is a reference to one of the songs in the movie, which is called, "Does Your Mother Know?", and in it the character Tanya (played by Christine Baranski), sings about the character, Pepper (played by Philip Michael), and how he is too young to date her.

So anyway, I took the lyrics "Does your mother know", which are from the line, "Does your mother know that you're out?", and I put a spin on it from the Mother's perspective, as if to say that the daughter found out about her mom's personal life, which in fact, Donna (played by Meryl Streep), her daughter Sophie (played by Amanda Seyfried), finds out that she has 3 potential dads. So I made this to show that even parents have their secrets that they don't want their kids finding out.

[The reason for the boxes, captions, release date, and actor names on the wallpaper, I was trying to make it like a promotional wallpaper, like they would make to promote the movie on the internet. I thought it made an interesting concept]

(Also another thing, the reason for the three different poses of Meryl Streep's character was to signify the three different times in her character's life, and when she was with each different man)
